Valentine’s Day Story Contest (and, I promise, I won’t enter!)

Alright ladies, now for something absolutely brand new: redtagcrazy’s first EVER contest! I’ve gotten the okay from the powers-that-be (i.e. Melissa and SA) to start broadcasting about this blog contest, and a way to make the most commercialized holiday enjoyable once again!

Here are the rules:

1. This has to be a real story of something that happened to you on or about Valentine’s Day. Creativity is great, but don’t make something up. Keep it real, kids!

2. There is absolutely no length requirement.

3. Email your submission to me (do not post it in a comment here!), Jaime, at DenimDebutante@gmail.com. Be sure to leave your full first and last name, as well as your RTC nickname (if you have one).

4. Pictures and any other forms of documentation are definitely welcome, because even if you don’t get picked, I’ll appreciate the laugh!

5. Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm PST on Friday, February 13th. Any later submissions will not be considered.

I’ll take time away from the handsome BF so I can weed through these, and with the help of our awesome admins, I’ll post the top five up by Saturday night. Everyone will vote by blog comment and a winner will be announced on Monday.

Winner will receive $100 in RedTagCash! So, for those of you who have been eying those pair of Paige jeans, but lamenting about them being out of your price range, here’s your chance to snag them!

Start your engines, open your word documents, start emailing… and Happy Valentine’s Day, kids!
