When Forever 21 finally came to my local mall, I was thrilled. I had shopped at Wet Seal in Destin, Florida several times while on vacation; and for those of you who have never shopped at either of these stores, they are remarkably similar in style and prices. I could not get over how cheap the clothes were, not to mention the endless variety of colorful accessories, shoes and purses! So, you can only imagine my excitement when one of these fabulous stores was less than 20 minutes from my house.
I will even admit, I asked for a 150.00 dollar gift card to Forever 21 for Christmas that year, and spent it in one day. My boyfriend despises that store. He says that every time I go in there I walk around in circles, and he gets dizzy trying to keep up with me; however, this never stopped me from going in there every single time we were at the mall. So what was it that finally did stop me from buying every single piece of clothing I own from that wonderfully cheap store? Let me just explain. I live in a college town, and a relatively small one at that. We all go to the same bars, same parties, same school and shop at the same MALL. So, likewise, we all had the same clothes. Buying a cute outfit for a night out was almost impossible, without considering the odds of every other girl in town showing up in your EXACT same dress.
So there began my search. www.google.com: where can I find cute, cheap clothes? Results: Forever 21, Wet-seal, Pink Ice, etc. www.google.com: where can I find cute, cheap clothes other than forever 21, wet seal? Results: forever 21, wet seal. I tried many attempts of rewording, but regardless of what I did, I got the SAME results. I wanted so desperately to find a place where I could buy affordable, cute clothes, without having to share my look with every other college and high school girl in my town.
It wasn’t until I stumbled upon www.redtagcrazy.com that my prayers were answered. I no longer had to fight with the Google search engine, or share my clothes with my entire college network of friends (and other cities across the world, I’m sure). I finally had it all: affordable, cute, great quality clothes and the best part about it was no one that I knew of, had discovered this site around here, but me!
So, as you can imagine, I was a bit selfish at first, when people would ask me where I got my cute LinQ top, or my awesome new denim, I would give them some lame reply. I didn’t want to share my glory! It wasn’t long, however, before I just couldn’t hold it in anymore. I was so proud and excited about my new discovery, I found myself bringing it up in conversations five or six times a day!
See, the beauty of redtagcrazy.com is its broad spectrum of shoppers and the variety of different styles, sizes and items it offers. It has taken some time, but I have come to realize that it would only be selfish of me to try and keep this wonderful site from my fellow friends, co-workers and family. I mean, they are bound to find out eventually, and why not from me? Especially, considering the fact that I could receive 5 dollars RTC cash if they bought something! Not to mention, most of the clothes I have from this site are all sold out now, so at least I’ll have that advantage J (evil laughs).
So, in conclusion: I love this site, and I want everyone else to have the opportunity to fall in love with it as well. I spent a long time searching for affordable, fashion friendly clothes, and to stumble upon a site that offered both of those things, without sacrificing quality, well, that is more than a 20 year old girl could ask for. I hope that some college girl is out there searching Google for affordable, cute clothes, and this blog comes to her rescue.
