(Some, if not all, of the following applies every time we get on RTC)

It is so hard to resist hitting that “BUY IT” button when you’ve got a bunch of girls yelling, I mean writing, at you to buy that latest LinQ top that popped up. And they go about it in the cleverest fashion.

Before you’ve even had a good chance to examine the item up for sale, someone has put up a link for you to see the top on a model at a different site that’s selling the same item at a much higher, although still discounted from the original, price.

Even better, it’s not the first time that piece of clothing has come up on RTC. Chances are that some chica already had it shipped to her, got her man to take pictures of it, and inserted it into her latest blog. Now you can see what it looks like on a “real” person, because we are all that RTCrazy and have a bit of the voyeur in us to boot. Admit it, we’ve been staring at all the cute butts encased in fine designer denim (purchased from RTC of course!).

The pointer is hovering on top of that pink “BUY IT” button, but your index finger stops before clicking because you know that a certain someone is going to fuss at and lecture you about buying more jeans, or anything else. Remember? You promised not to buy anything again until Friday.

You scroll back down to the chick chat and become more convinced of the quality and comfort and feel of the fabric that could potentially be rubbing against your skin in the near future. Somebody is gushing about how pretty, how soft, how silky, how wonderful that hoodie is because she already has it. All the other ladies already have it in their carts and are just waiting to add another item or two before they ship the whole lot.

Decisions decisions decisions. Ahh! Just do it!

DONE. Wheww! It’s in your cart. Wipe the sheen of sweat from your forehead. Quell your pounding heart. Now you can breathe again. At least until the time runs out or the item sells out and something new goes up.

By the way, I totally wrote this while that LinQ Diamond Quilted Cami was up. I bought the last one in cocoa medium with one-minute left. I think I may have talked myself into that buy with this blog. I even forgot to apply my RedTagCash to the purchase. No worries. I know something else, that is many something elses, will come along and I’ll get my chance to use it.
