An Ode to Jaime

Gather ’round dear ladies

I’ve a tale to tell

About a young woman

We all know so well

She’s of rare beauty

Of fairness and grace

But it’s not just the physical

Where this takes place

It’s been a few months

And a handful of days

Since she first joined us

With her wonderful ways

Caring and giving

She gave not a thought

To helping when she could

Paid or not

Advice was her forte

Writing, as well

She was destined for great things

It was easy to tell

So soon she had organized

This blog (where I write)

And next thing we knew

She worked for the site

It was a wise choice

By the powers that be

She fit in so nicely

With this great company

And now she’s exactly

Where she needs to be

Helping us build

A fabulous RTC

She’s wonderful, no doubt

And I find her amazing

And perhaps sometimes

She is a bit crazy ;)

But more than that

What’s earned her this ode

Are not just the deeds

For which I just told

What makes her so special

In my life and heart

Is what she’s become

To many from the start

For there is no better

To call a friend

Than this lovely lady

At each day’s end

So give a loud shout out

And don’t forget to say

We love you, Jaime

And Happy Birthday!
