Summer Fashion Trends- Printed Shorts

Printed shorts! This is a trend that I am totally a fan of. I have always been one for the plaid or patterned shorts with a plain simple top so lucky for me they are in style! Some people are anti-plaid so I have found some patterns that might work for you. (although I might include a plaid for those of you who like it).

The first pair is by Free People. They are the Printed Short Shorts and can be found on sale at Bloomingdales for $30.80. These floral print short shorts have ruffled elastic waist and two button detail. They would be a great over a swimsuit or with a simple tank and flip flops.

The next shorts are a little more wear “out” kind of shorts. They are Pink Palm Frond Shorts by TIBI and can be found at chickdowntown.com for $104.50. These shorts are richly textured basketweave cotton in a chic retro-inspired palm frond print, with four pockets and front button/zip closure.They have a simple print that is not too much!

I warned you there would be some plaid. The are the Helen style in plaid by Abercrombie & Fitch. You can go to the website aqnd get these on clearance right now for $39.90. These short are supersoft, have rolled cuffs with button-up side tabs, sash belt, Vintage Abercrombie Wash, Classic Fit, Imported.

Next up is the Roxy Samba Shorts for $39.50. I think these are cute and trendy and look summery! Pair them with a solid pocket tee or make your look mega with a high voltage top in a saturated color. Wood buttons keeps you in check.

The last pair of shorts are from Delias. They are the Abby Low-Rise Square Off Short for $29.50. These tribal-printed short with side tabs and wooden buttons will look cute with any simple top.
