Okay, so my last blog cut off- b/c I may or may not have been stealing internet from my dads neighbor. I am back at home now, though, internet intact, and ready to write! Here are a few more reminders, etc about blogs:

6. The RTC Gods are doing us a really HUGE favor by paying us store credit to write fashion related blogs. Therefore, I think that we should respect our privilege, and not try and take advantage of it. In other words, try to put a good amount of effort into writing your blogs, please!

7. This is an idea that kind of goes along with the previous point, but I wanted to run it by you guys, and get some feedback. Obviously, RTC cannot afford for everyone to write and post like 10 blogs each a week, so, I was thinking that maybe we could have a unofficial “limit” as to how many blogs each blogger can post each week.

This does not mean that you cannot write more than that limit, but, I will only publish as many or less than the limit each week, just so we can balance out the RTCash between bloggers, and keep RTC from running up a huge blog cash bill! I was thinking around like 5 blogs per person, max. And, this number may fluctuate, depending on how many people write blogs each week, etc. Let me know what you think!

8. Okay, so, the e-mail address that you were sending blogs at is supposed to get directed to my inbox, but, for now, just to be safe- will everyone who needs to send me anything regarding blogs, please e-mail it to my direct e-mail address? Also, if you have a blog in the drafts right now please send me an e-mail and let me know if your blog is completely finished, or if you are still working on it. I will eventually be able to determine this on my own, but right now, I am trying to learn everything, and I just don’t want to accidentally post a blog if you aren’t finished with it! Also, if you are planning to write a blog, or have one already written that you would like to send me, you can do so whenever you get ready. My e-mail address is:

Please include any pictures that you want to add in with your blog with your e-mail. Or, if you have a blog login in to word press, you can always get on there and write a draft and add the pictures on your own. If you need to know how to do this, or, if you need a login and password, just e-mail me!

9. If you are having trouble thinking of something to blog about, here is an idea for you. Well, this is an idea for anyone, actually; I think it would be fun to read, and an easy way to earn RTCash. Basically, all you would do is write a weekly/monthly blog (depending on how often you purchase from RTC) that features your “best” RTC buy of the month/week. It could be any item that you bought, received, etc., that you are most excited about, or perhaps the item you think you got the best deal on.

If your item is something you have already received, you could take pictures of it, and write a review about how it fits, etc (or not, just whatever you choose). This could be helpful for anyone out there hesitant on buying that particular item. Or, if you favorite buy is still in your cart, just describe which item you chose, how much it cost, and why you chose it as your most exciting purchase of the month/week.

This is just an idea, for those who want to blog and earn some RTCash, but are having trouble thinking of things to write about!

10. Last idea, I promise. I know that a lot of you stopped blogging whenever you found out you would no longer be receiving RTCash for non-fashion/RTC related blogs. This is understandable, mostly because not many people are going to continue doing something that does not offer an incentive, unless they really have a passion for what they are doing.

So, I thought it would be fun to provide a potential incentive for those who do choose to continue writing about non-fashion/RTC related things. Here’s how this would work: when you write your blog, you will have the option to post a very pretty, eye catching banner across the top of your blog that will say something like “if you like this blog, check out redtagcrazy.com for more fun reads, AND receive 5 dollars off your first purchase with this promo code!” This will include your individual RTC promotion code, so that if the reader does follow the link/banner, and perhaps purchases something from the site, you will both receive 5 dollars RTCash.

If this is something you would be interested in, let me know, and I can talk to SA about exactly how we can get started creating the banner, etc. This is just a tentative idea right now, but if we have enough people willing and interested, it could definitely turn out to be very beneficial for both you, and RTC!
