I have this sudden obsession with dresses, and I must say, it is not the best thing for my bank account. I find it hard to control myself from pushing that pink button, to begin with; however, when a beautiful, sexy, jaw dropping, can’t-live-without dress comes up… I absolutely cannot resist.
In this shipment, alone, I received 5 dresses, and I already have 8 more in my cart, as we speak. This doesn’t count the many, MANY I have hanging in my closet right now.
A girl can never have too many dresses, am I right?
So, let’s get on to the good stuff, pictures!
1. MG Cleo dress, Medium

Wow. This dress is amazingly flattering, ridiculously soft, and almost unbearably beautiful. The red accent is just the right amount of splash, and the banded bottom gives it an edgy, sexy look, that is simply irresistable. I consider myself VERY lucky to have snagged this dress on EH/MG day, because I know that there are many ladies out there who would love to own it. If you have the chance to snatch one up, through the swap group or returns, GO FOR IT! You will not regret it, I promise
2. MG tie waist dress, size large

This is my second attempt at this dress. The medium was simply TOO tight, so, it had to be sent back, much to my (and my Bf’S), dismay. So, I snagged the large, and as you can see, it is also a very snug fit, but I think I will manage to live with it. I plan on wearing leggings under this, when I do wear it, just because the tightness + shortness makes me feel somewhat hookerish.. lol, well, on me- anyways. Some people can pull this look off great without wearing anything under it, but I think I would get a few strange looks if I walked out in public wearing this by itself.
3. Sworn Virgins Sadies dress, size M, Raisin
O.M.G. I freaking adore this dress. I wish I bought it in green, SO BAD! Don’t get me wrong- the raisin is absolutely gorgeous, but this dress is so amazing, it makes me want more of it! It fit me TTS, a little loose fitting in the waist, but in the butt and boobs, it fit just right, and was very flattering. The length is perfect for work, and really, I could wear this dress anywhere, because it is so very versatile. The fabric is a very nice, medium thick fabric, that is great for all seasons. I could actually picture this dress looking great with some leggings in the winter time, and a cute cardi. However, for now, I think I will just wear it by itself, with some strappy sandals, and enjoy the feeling of being absolutely breathtaking
4. For Joseph Linen Dress, white: size M

I was a bit iffy about this dress to begin with, but I bought it anyways, because I desperately need a white dress, seeing as I don’t own one, and haven’t for years. I thought it would be great for summer fun, Easter time, church, and any other occassions. I was afraid that it would not be very flattering, because of the cut, but boy was I wrong! The top fits PERFECT, makes the boobies look great, while also concealing them enough to make this the prefect dress for both casual and classy occasions. The body of the dress is loose fitting, however, it is surprisingly flattering, and the pockets are simply adorable. I love the straps, as well, they add something “different” to the dress, to give it that “not your ordinary linen dress” look.
6. linQ criss cross lurex dress: black, M

Okay, so I now own this dress in black. Me and this dress have a very long history together. I ordered the black wayyyy back when it first came up, but I ordered a small, because the mediums sold out. Well, I ended up sending it back, and getting the green in Medium. Kept the green, love it, the end. So… then I ordered the sapphire, got it, love it, but after a few weeks of trying to make outfits with it, or find a place to wear it, I realized that the color did not fit into my wardrobe well, so I sold it on the swap group. Which leads me to this purchase, the black one, because it is more versatile, and I think I would definitely get more wear out of it. So, there ya have it, my linQ lurex love story, and believe me, this dress is absolutely lovely.
Stay tuned, I have a few *random* items coming up, that you will not want to miss!
