Shipment review – LinQ

One of my favorite labels, LinQ. I was loving the LinQ final sale day with the nice discount… unfortunately I already owned much of what was in rotation so I only grabbed a few new pieces.

LinQ Short Sleeve Zipper Jacket, lagoon, medium – I should have known by how well it fit Jennifer that it would be super long for my body. That didn’t even occur to me until I got it and tried it on. I have a long torso… but I’m only 5′7″ and with such a long torso my legs are on the shorter side. So while it fits well, it’s too long for it to look right wearing flats and it’s not quite the right style to wear with heels. I have yet to find the right ensemble but I just can’t bring myself to let it go. It’s absolutely adorable!! shoe/outfit suggestions are more than welcome!

LinQ Button Front Tank, lagoon, small – I love this color. I’m trying really hard to liven up my closet and break out of the greys, blacks, and browns and this definitely does just that. I can usually get away with a small in LinQ and this fits but with the button front it does that too tight peekaboo thing between the button holes if I’m not mindful of it. I find that when I wear it I have to be very aware and make sure to adjust whenever necessary or else wear a cami underneath. No matter though, it’s a cute fit and I don’t mind.

LinQ Tiered Tank, charcoal, medium – I went back and forth on this top SO many times. It took me a while to warm up to it in the first place, then I talked myself out of it several times but on the LinQ final sale day I finally broke down and grabbed it and I love it far more than I thought I would. I only wish I had gotten to it sooner and gotten the purple or white! If you’re at all on the fence about this one I promise you won’t regret the purchase – my favorite part is that there’s no need for spanx with this top!!

LinQ Cropped Short Sleeve Blazer, black, medium – I definitely loved this from the moment I saw it! I was not disappointed when I finally had it in my hands and tried it on. It’s a nice weight, flattering fit, short sleeve, casual, dressy, and it goes great with the tiered tank! I’m trying to decide if I need it in white too before they sell out…
