Denim Experimentation Extravaganza

August 13th, 2009 by Samira in 7 for all mankind, Citizens of Humanity, Joe's Jeans, Paige Premium Denim

Sunday, my friend and I decided to go to Hobby Lobby to buy some beads so we could make some necklaces and earrings. We, however, did not realize Hobby Lobby was closed on Sundays, so left with nothing to do, I suggested we go to Nordstrom to try on some premium denim. Poor girl happily agreed, although she didn’t try on anything. I tried on 4 different brands, so it wasn’t REALLY an extravaganza…but…the exaggeration maybe helped draw you in, AND IT’S TOO LATE NOW! You have to keep reading. Muhahaha.

Denim Day at Red Tag Crazy was coming. New jeans, new brands… what size do I wear, what style do I like, what’s a girl to do? Well, this girl got in the car and drove 1 ½ hours to a beautiful store called Halls in Kansas City on the Plaza.

For this momentous occasion, I wore my newly tailored Paige Blue Heights skinnys and teal Linq ¾ sleeve top. I was RTC stylin’!

It was a beautiful day as I headed to Kansas City; blue sky, crisp breeze, spring in the air. But who cared about any of that! I was headed for four walls, a mirror and piles of beautiful jeans.

February 25th, 2009 by Jennifer in 7 for all mankind, Jennifer, Paige Premium Denim, Photos, Rich & Skinny, aristocrat denim, linQ clothing

I have been having so much fun rearranging my closet with all my new goodies. I actually am trying to convince my husband to give up his closet to let me put all my denim in. So, the spammers have reached out and sent me hate mail, which is only funny because they’ve been registered as spammers through gmail, so it goes directly to the spam box. I find it funny because their threats were so ridiculously mundane and… well, non-threatening.

Idiots.

As I read the blogs and comments on RTC, I chuckle to myself whenever you ladies talk of “how to get your guy into designer denim.” Turns out, I’m a wicked big tomboy and my guy had to get me into designer denim.

Do you know your Denim ID?

Don’t know what style suits you best when it comes to jeans?

Maybe you’re a flashy girl who likes tight skinny jeans and sexy prints, or a laid-back style maven dying for the latest pair of Current Elliott BF jeans.

How I Became Red Tag Crazy

February 19th, 2009 by VinandJuice in 7 for all mankind, Hudson Jeans, Red Tag Crazy, anything goes, introductions

So, my mom sends me the link to this site a few weeks ago, and I’ve been unable to keep away from it ever since.  While I haven’t made a purchase yet, I definitely feel the urge.
