AudioMom’s shipment blog: So Fortunate!

With all the hype over the Fortune line since its event day, I thought I’d blog about my shipment containing goodies from Fortune Denim. I have to say, on the day before the event, I looked at the teaser photos and thought they looked very nice, but really wasn’t too interested. I was supposed to be taking a break from shopping that week. Well, I poked my head into Chick Chat a couple of times that day and every time I did, Karen Noseff was there. She was so helpful with everyone’s questions and gave great descriptions of her product line. As I spent more time on Chick Chat, I realized I was hooked. My week without shopping turned into a Fortune Denim obsession and resulted in four Fortune items making their way into my latest shipment. read more…

Missy’s New Shipment

At first I was thinking that nothing was going to look good on me from this shipment. I am now 4 months pregnant and getting big. OH YEA, IT’S A GIRL!!!! I am super thrilled. So anyway, my package arrived last week and I love everything in it.

Okay, here is the thing. After waiting so long to get married (31) and then waiting a few more years to start a family (something I recommend if at all possible!), I was up there at 34 and 36 when I had my boys. Possibly it is my delayed jump into motherhood that caused my lack of foresight, but somehow, the fact that I would be spending the majority of my summers running from one baseball game to another has completely taken me by surprise. I grew up in a family of sports enthusiasts and now have a family full of baseball enthusiasts. My husband coaches my younger son’s instructional league team and assistant coaches my older son’s little league team. My sons both love the sport and plan on playing it for a long, long time.

Shipment Photos – Spring for Style Event/cino

As many of you may know, I have a growing love for cino! On Spring Event Day, I picked up a few more wonderful cino items and then one more before my cart shipped. Yes, I actually had to “fall off my wagon” in order to purchase the last cino item, but it was definitely worth a few bruises! I suppose the combination of the modern and vintage in cino is what really appeals to me – and the slight military undertones. Anything with a rock and roll edge is high on my list of must haves. Either way, almost every cino item that comes up, I have to have. I am hoping that RTC eventually scores some of the ultra cool jackets I have seen on the cino site!
