As summer gets closer, and you’re lucky enough to leave near the water, you’re going to need a bathing suit. Now, you’re talking to a girl that has had bathing suit issues for years, so my mistakes are now your learning experience.
Here are the final three body types that I’m going to talk about!
This was one of the other requests from a woman that wanted to know what she should wear for a diamond shape body. Diamond shaped? I only thought there was hour-glass, straight and pear. I’m going to split this into two blogs because it looked too messy when I had typed it all out.
Before I wrap this series up, I got a few requests on blog topics. Now, while these aren’t slimming ideas, they are still ways to flatter your figure. There are three types of bodies: Longer torso w/shorter legs, balance of both or shorter torso/long legs. Here’s what to wear for all of those types:
Hey, I don’t know what else to call it. That’s what I call mine, lol. This is my biggest problem area. When I gain weight, it goes straight to my tummy. So, my end up still fitting everywhere else, just making me have a beautiful muffin top. So, when I started this blog series, I realized I knew a lot about slimming other problem areas…just not my own.
It seems to be a trend with this blog series, but – wear clothes in the right size that fit properly. While this may hide your hips, it makes all of you look larger in general, and often frumpy. Clothing that fits your body is what you want to wear – not too tight, no excessive fabric.
We’ve all heard myths, or ideas, from other people on how to slim or “cover up”. You shouldn’t be covering up though! The plus-sized loose clothing is over sized and shapeless. It hides all of your body. Choose clothes that are tailored to accentuate your favorite features.
