I’m sure I’m not alone when I say; there is nothing like a succulent, flavorful, thick steak for an amazing dinner. I’m a huge fan of tenderloin, but with the tough economic status, have been forced to purchase the rib cut on occasion.
Now the rib steak is quite a bit tougher than your tenderloin, but prepared properly can be absolutely delectable. Right now I am not privy to a grill, and my broiler is broken. So I had to get creative when it came to preparing my dish.
So let me start by making it clear, I am not a chef, I am a caterer, but I like to pretend I’m a chef in my own kitchen! When it became time for me to cook for my family, I had not a clue about what to do. I was always a helper in my mother’s kitchen, but never fully responsible for creating the meals in itself. So after much trial and error, I realized, there have to be staples for my pantry, which will always make a great meal possible no matter what.
On to more awesome stuff from Vikki’s closet of clothes, courtesy of RTC!
I’m sure I’m not alone when I say “I have a new wardrobe from RTC” I’m also sure I don’t have a complete wardrobe, yet… But for now, I would like to, as promised, share my collection of RTC merchandise with everyone.
I would like to mention that I am not a perfect 6, or an elegant hourglass full figured lady. I’m a standard pear, a content pear. And thanks to RTC, my lovely pear shaped self, is stylish
So, with no further ado, for your viewing pleasure, I present myself, an average gal, in designer clothes, RTC style!
